 OK, so i haven't done the page yet (like most pages on my websites. I don't get paid, what's my motive to finish?). This page is going to be dedicated as an e-shrine for Ling Xiaoyu, a character from the Tekken fighting game series. You can take that L-shaped hand off your head, because I'm not really obsessed (or possessed) with her. I just made this page because I think she's one of the better characters on the roster. Why? First of all, she's not cheap to use. Not like Jin or the Mishima's, whose moves any cheapskate could memorize and use over and over til the opponent leaves the Chicken. As most Xiaoyu players know, her moves are varied enough to create a kung-fu movie by herself, and better, can be strung together to create the most dazzling, destructive, and creative combos. Ahh, then comes my second reason. While she's fast and all that, she's weak enough to be fair. None of that 3-hit-cannon-half-life-gone crap. This balance gives her the justification to be so... diverse. Another reason? She can be played as in so many ways that it's fun just experimenting with your own style. Whether you're into fierce, blistering offense, kick-ass martial art stances, or crazy evasive tactics, Xiao can make any match look incredible.
