·         Co-Project Lead for gnubi communications, Inc., in Dallas TX is the price/performance leader for Fiber Optic Telecommunications test equipment for both Metro and Long Haul carriers.  Working on site, achieved 100% of hiring objectives which included the hiring of Telecom Hardware and Software Engineers along with the VP of Engineering.

·         Co-Project Lead for Newgistics, Inc. in Austin, TX.   Hired business development executives for 9 regions across the nation.  Newgistics allows you to return the over-sized coat you ordered on-line by taking the coat to a local mail center, and getting an instant refund.  Completed this project successfully.

 

·         Project Lead for two Andersen Consulting projects looking for wide range of e-commerce people from hands-on Java, Visual Basic, XML, Middleware, and Database people to higher-level executives.  Successfully completed this project.

 

·         Recruiter for Fresh America, which needed to hire their complete Finance and HR departments because of a move of the company’s corporate office from Houston to Dallas.  This 4-month project was completed ahead of schedule in 2 ½ months.

 

·         Performed in a recruiting/research capacity for:

o        White Rock Networks – Embedded Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Optical Engineers, ASIC Engineers
