| I would personally like to thank you for visiting this site. It's mission: To educate the public on the many ways that firefighters and EMS personnell change the lives of others. I myself am an EMT in the state of North Carolina and my partner is a Fireman/EMT. This site was also constructed to commemorate all of our fellow Fire/Rescue/EMS personnell who died on September 11, 2001. They are a true inspiration to all of us in Emergency Services, and they will never be forgotten. They are a true representation of what we're all about; putting our lives on the line everyday; possibly to save yours. Hopefully you will enjoy the site, learn something about what EMS really is and consists of, and will pass it on to others as a tribute to those brave souls who gave their lives on that tragic day.
