The FNA smears are very cellular, with many intact breast lobules. In some areas, there are many dispersed naked nuclei with prominent single, roud, regular nucleoli, and a granular background. The cytological diagnosis was probable "lactational adenoma". The histology of the surgical biopsy shows lobular hyperplasia, with "nuclear atypia" (large nucleoli). The patient is scheduled for 3 and 6 months clinical follow up review.
