Presence of many large isolated malignant cells, most of them with eccentric nuclei, coarse clumped chromatin, suggestive of peritoneal metastases from poorly differentiated urothelial bladder carcinoma, previously resected. Carcinoma of urinary bladder is a relatively uncommon cause of malignant ascites.
