Maintain healthy weight

Gaining weight increases estrogen which causes an increases fatty tissues in your body which increases the chances for breast cancer.


Breast-Feed Your Babies

Breast-feeding reduces the estrogen hormone levels and reduces the risk of breast cancer.


Check Your Alcohol Intake

Any amount of alcohol can increase your chances. If you have to drink, keep it under 14 units of alcohol.


Avoid Fat

Asprin reduces production of estrogen which in turn reduces risk of breast cancer. Talk to your doctor before starting this medicine.


Avoid Pesticides exposure

Exposure to pesticides and other chemicals can increase breast cancer so avoid them as much as possible.


Control Hormone Therapy

Hormone therapy increases the chance of breast cancer. If you are on this therapy, ask your doctor about replacing it with more natural therapies.


Don't Smoke

Smoking is one of the main causes for cancer deaths. Abstanance will be your best friend.
