Hi folks. I'm Mikey, deep south central USA, and this is my 20th submission, called A20. Liquid width, now 90%, & adjustable. CSS styling and navigation. As a work around for cross-browser side pad/margin compatibility, used nested divs, outer to position, inner for all other styles. A very slightly different version of this series, is "here".
<<< The left menu is a simple nested UL menu, easily capable of java flyout. What's so cool about it, is that it flys out in latest Firefox browser, with no java scripts or js files. Try and see. Needs only three scripts for full cross-browser compatibility, one in the head, and two in the body. Can also be used just like it is, or with slight changes in the css to display any desired indented submenus. For conversion to java flyout, the scripts are enclosed seperately, to comply with this site's rules.
This template validates Xhtml transitional & CSS. Free, open source, no strings attached. Tested in IE, FF, DW, and Nvu; uniform appearance, so very versatile. For newbies, easily personalized and customized using the freeware Editor "Nvu", in graphic designer (wysiwyg) mode or coder (text) mode.
