Sometimes life can be so fast,
overwhelming to a degree .
For a person with Bipolor Disorder it can be twice as
fast and sometimes your mind
is so complex during and episode you feel as if you can't
sort out any of your thoughts
and make sense out of them.
I was diagnosed in 1996 with this illness and since then I have had my ups and downs,  But sometimes little things can make my symptoms come back, I guess they never leave they are just not as dominent they stay in the background. Medicine is a key factor in helping to relieve some of the symptoms but really talking to others who have it too can be very helpful.
When you feel
like you can't
go on, reach for a friends hand.

Smile Today
Sometimes you feel like you can never find happiness again. It is there when you least expect it.. It is in a quiet spring morning, a bird flying by, a butterfly and all its beauty. Look at the least and you will find the most.
Bipolar Disorder does not discriminate against the seasons it is a lifelong Illness. But it can be controlled through patience and understanding.
The Boldness of
ones own self.

The willingness
of ones own worth.

To shine in the dark when all seems lost.

To rule the mind and not let it rule you.

   Thank you
    and may
    you have
    peace of
       mind.
The storm rages in your mind your thoughts are replaced by more intense ones making no sense out of them you turn to look for something, anything
Then the sun shines once again and you feel as if it was all a dream.
Remember those times when the sun shines.
