Snake and Crane: Arts of Shaolin - This is what I call an under-rated Jackie Chan movie. It was released in 1977, before Snake in the Eagle's Shadow and Drunken Master, and doesn't get the respect I think it deserves. It doesn't have the comedy touch that the latter do, but the fights are just as good, if not better. Check it out for yourself!
