My Last Glance

So many times I've seen you together
Holding hand in hand
Love is burning up to the air
While I stand still behind.

However I consider
It seems you're meant to be
I see it in your face that sparkles
Each time you look at me.

Happiness roams over the two of you
As sadness strikes me hard
But seeing you smile is always enough
To make me feel alright.

Since the first time I've seen you dance
The first time I've seen you play
There haven't passed a day
That I've not wondered if you're ok.

So here I am standing
Spending my last days here glancing
Looking at the girl who stole my heart
But is a captive of somebody else's love.

Side Infos:This poem was written way back when I was in highschool.
'Bout the girl, he wrote back 2 me after reading the poem when it was published
at our school's newspaper. I forgot 'bout her and so is this poem until I saw
it again when I was deleting some files on my cousin's PC lately.
