I Marion Caton Richardson of Cottingham in the East Riding of the county of York, Widow.
Hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary Dispositions made by me and declare that this is my last Will
I appoint my son
John Robert Richardson and
my daughter Edith Mary Richardson
hereinafter call my Trustees to be Trustees and
Executors of this my Will
I bequeath to the aforesaid John Robert Richardson my oil picture of King Charles being refused entry into hull
To my son Joseph Richardson
My oil picture supposed to be by Ruysdale? and the silver trowel
presented to my late husband .
To my niece Sarah Turner Livesy
my picture by Redmors
and to my daughter in-law
Louisa Ellen Richardson
my silver filled dressing case and figure of Phsyche
I bequeath the residue of my furniture, plate , linen, china, pictures and other household and outdoor effects, herein after called the residue of furniture unto my Trustees upon trust to permit my children who shall not at the time of my decease be or have been married, to use the same so long during their lives as they shall respectively remain unmarried and shall live together in some common home
From and after the decease or marriage of all my daughters except one then I bequeath the residue of furniture to such surviving unmarried daughter for her own use and benefit absolutely
And I declare that the selection of the common home of which the residue of furniture is to be used shall rest with my daughters for the time being entitled along with their brother Joseph if and so long as he remains unmarried to the use thereof . And if my said daughters fail to agree upon a common home and any of them notify my Trustees to that effect then I direct my Trustees to sell the residue of furniture and divide the proceeds equally between my daughters who would for the time being be entitled to the use thereof if they had agreed upon a common home
And I further declare that my Trustees shall not be bound to make an inventory of the residue of furniture nor to see to the repair or insurance thereof or any part thereof or liable in any way for loss thereof or any part thereof or damage thereto
And I give devise and bequeath the residue and remainder of my estate whatesoever and wheresoever to my Trustees upon trust to convert the same into money and out of the proceeds to pay my funeral and testermentry expenses and the legacy duty on any of the legacies hereinbefore bequeathed which may be subject to duty and subject thereto to retain the residue of the said proceeds of conversion (if any) for their own use and benefit absolutely.

Be it known that
Marion Caton Richardson
of Cottingham in the East Riding of the County of
York, Widow
Who at the time of her death had a fixed place of abode at Cottingham aforesaid within the District of the North and East Ridings of the County of York and Ainsty thereof
Died on the ninth day of July 1910
At Cottingham aforesaid
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testiment of the deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of His majesty's High Court of Justice at York
And that administration of all the estate which by law devolves
to the vests in the personal representatives of the aforesaid
deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to
John Robert Richardson
of the city and county of Kinston upon Hull, Timber Merchant ,
the son of the said deceased, and
Edith Mary Richardson
of Cottingham aforesaid, Spinster, the daughter of
the deceased,
the Executors named in the said Will
