The Will of Christopher Frederick MANN of Newton Street, Auckland died 10th January 1885

I   Christopher Frederick Mann of Auckland
in the provincial district of Auckland in the colony of New Zealand Hotel Keeper
Revoking all former WILLS and Testermentry dispositions made by me declare this to be my last WILL and Testiment.

I give devise and bequeath to my wife Harriet Mann all my real and personel property of any kind whatsoever and wheresoever situate absolutly and

I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my WILL
In witness whereof the said Christopher Frederick Mann hath hereunto subscribed his name this fith day of September one thousand eight hundred and eighty two

Signed by the Testator Christopher Frederick Mann as and for his last WILL and Testiment in the presence of us who at his request and in his sight and presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

AFFIDAVIT 22 day January
In the Supreme Court of New Zealand , Northern District.

In the matter of the WILL of
Christopher Frederick Mann of Auckland in the said district
Settler Deceased

I Harriet Mann of Auckland in the said district
Widow make oath and say:-

• 1. That I am the Widow of the aboved named Christopher frederick Mann and that the said Christopher frederick Mann or was domicile at Auckland aforsaid and died at Auckland aforesaid on the tenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and eighty five.
  


• 2. That I believe the paper writing bearing date the fith day of September one thousand eight hundred and eighty two, hereto annexed and marked "A" to be the last WILL and Testiment of the said Christopher frederick Mann and that I am the Executrix therein named.



• 3. That I will faithfully execute the said WILL by paying the debts and legacies of the deceased as far as the property will extend and the law binds.


SWORN at Auckland aforesaid
by the above named this
twenty second day of Janaury one thousands eight hundred and eighty five.
