 LaGrave knocked down.

“I have a hunch that I’m going to have another lightweight champion of the world on April 1st,” said Sam Fitzpatrick. “It is just fifteen years ago Saturday that I sailed from New York for London with Kid Lavigne, who was matched to box Dick Burge, the English champion. And it was a Saturday, too. When we got to England the folks over there thought Burge was a 10 to 1 shot because he was a bigger man than Lavigne, but the Kid won the championship, all right. Maybe this time history will repeat itself. Wolgast is a big favorite over Lagrave, but this boy is not the shortender the betting would indicate.Sam Fitzpatrick LaGrave's manager March 31, 1911
