A.         Quality Management System/ Environmental Management System (QMS/EMS):

·          Plans and responsible for all QA activities in accordance with established policies, procedure and objectives

·          Implement and co-ordinate project improvement, plans and generate detailed documents required

·          Co-ordinate and manage the Documents Control System to ensure that all relevant and necessary communications are properly transmitted and updated at all times

B.         Project / Site Management & Coordination/ Quality Surveillance & Inspection (QSI)

·          Conduct pre-assessment surveillance on vendors for client evaluation prior to contract award

·          Client representative to conduct quality surveillance on vendors for on-process fabrication of pressure vessels, HRSG and various equipments for power generation projects.

·          Review vendors Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans & other relevant documents related to quality & method of production.

·          Conduct visual inspections on all pipeline/ pressure vessel weldings (ASME IX, API 1104) and structural steel welding (AWS D1.1) including carbon steel & stainless steel storage tanks.

·          Liaise with 3^rd Party Independent Testing Companies regarding NDT.

·          Conduct visual inspection on painting works, Dry Film Thickness (DFT) and pipeline, equipment & vessel insulation works.

·          Oversees construction process and equipment used for testing to ensure that the quality of works & records of works meet customer’s requirements

·          Identifying and documenting quality problems, systematically seeking and approving solutions and verifying the implementation of solutions.

·          Ensure expeditious performance and completion of work in conformity with quality plans and specifications in coordination with Site Engineers & Supervisors.

·          Conduct site inspections on works to determine actual site conditions & progress.

·          Monitor and ensure compliance of construction works with plans and specifications.

·          Monitor and ensure delivery of materials in conformity with required specifications.

·          Monitor & ensure compliance of construction works with Environmental requirement & aspects.

·          Periodic monitoring and coordination with, Site Engineers & Supervisors.

·          Project Site Management & Supervision of works to comply with schedules & target completion date.

·          Prepare monthly progress reports for completed work & QC inspection reports.
