Funeral services for Vivian Maye Collins, 58, West Plains, will be at 2 p.m. Thurdsay in the Carter Funral Home Chapel, West Plains, with the Rev. Herlin Johnson officiating.
Mrs. Collins died at 10:17 p.m. Sunday in Ozarks Medical Center. She was born March 14, 1928, in Douglas County, the daughter of the late William and Ida Collins.
She was married Dec. 18, 1944, at Salem, Ark., to Sid E. Collins.
Survivors include her husband, Sid, of the home; four sons, Donald, Rickey, Sammy and Wendell Collins, all of West Plains; three grandchildren; and four sisters, Bertha Reynolds, Atwater, Calif., Alma Belcher, Crider, and Ollie Brixey and Helen Levey, both of the state of Idaho.
She is preceded in death by her parents and four infant brothers.
Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
