Mrs John Ellison Dies Yesterday at Her Home Here
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Evergreen Church for Mrs Vena Ellison, 69, who died Tuesday after a prolonged illness.
Rev Elmer Endicott will conduct the services and burial is to be in the Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of the Robertson Funeral Home.
Born at Salem, Mo
Mrs Ellison was born at Salem, Mo, June 14, 1880, the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Aaron Hunter. She was the wife of John Ellison.
Surviving relatives include two sons, Edmond of West Plains; Lester of New York City; one daughter, Mrs Carl Ford of West Plains, 12 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs Alice Hines, Joplin, Mo.; three brothers, WR Hunter, West Plains; Ernest Hunter, Locust Grove, Okla.; Jim Hunter, Newburg, Mo.
