Graveside services for Terra Kay Collins, the new born infant daughter of Mr and Mrs Otis Collins of West Plains, were held Saturday at 2 pm in the Siloam Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Romans officiating.
The infant was dead on arrival Saturday at West Plains Memorial Hospital. She was born Jan 14, 1978, at her home, the daughter of Otis and Roberta Doris Stubbs Collins. Survivors include her parents, Mr and Mrs Otis Collins, West Plains; 11 brothers and sisters, Donna, Danny Robert, Cindy Jane, Melissa Denise, Stanley Roger, Michelle Denise, Kevin Scott, and Shawn Leslie Collins, all of the home; Deborah Collins, Willow Springs; Otis Dale Collins, Honolulu, Hawaii; Donald Wayne Collins, West Plains, the paternal grandfather, Bert Collins, West Plains; and the maternal grandfather, Tim Stubbs of West Plains.
Burial was in Siloam Springs Cemetery under direction of the Carter Funeral Home of West Plains.
