Steven Dale Williams
Steven Dale Williams was born Feb. 21, 1963, in Kalamazoo, Mich., to Dale McClellan Williams and Elzada (Sherrell) Williams. He died at St. John�s Regional Medical Center in Springfield, Mo., at the age of 40 years.
He was united in marriage to Belinda Kay Collins on Nov. 10, 1997, at Eminence, Mo.
Steven is preceded in death by his father, his paternal grandparents and his maternal grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Belinda, of Eminence, Mo.; his mother, Elzada Williams, of Eminence, Mo.; his maternal grandmother, Irene Sherrell of Eminence, Mo.; one brother, Stanley Williams of Nashville, Tenn.; three sisters, Sandra Coombs of Kalamazoo, Mich., Shirley Gordon of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Susan Miller of West Plains, Mo.; many nieces and nephews; and a special goddaughter, Cassidy Rose Wallin.
Steven loved music and liked to sing and play drums in a classic rock and hard rock band. He will be sadly missed by his friends and family.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. July 24, 2003, at the Duncan Funeral Chapel in Eminence with Gerald Boone officiating and interment in the Grassy Cemetery in Eminence under the direction of the Duncan Funeral Home of Eminence.
