Sallie Parker, daughter of the late John Wesley and Elector Emmalion Reyer Johnson, was born February 8, 1901 in Howell County, Missouri. She entered into eternal rest December 13, 1988 at the age of eighty-seven years.
She received her education in the Greenwood School in Howell County, Missouri and on May 29, 1923 was married at West Plains, Missouri to James (Jim) Richard Parker who preceded her in death on June 9, 1961.
Mrs Parker is survived by one daughter, Opal Roberson, West Plains, Missouri; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; one sister, Hattie Aborn, West Plains, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter, one son, one great grandson, six brothers, and four sisters.
Mrs Parker was a Pentecost since early womanhood.
