Sanger, Calif.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 PM in the Creager Chapel for Rufus Haywood Collins, 64, who died Tuesday in the Fresno Veterans Hospital.

He was a native of Missouri and lived in Sanger 15 years. He was employed as a construction worker for a number of years by the Morrison Knudsen Construction Company. His home was at 832 I Street. A member of the Sanger Masonic Lodge, he was a veteran of World War 1.

Surviving are his widow, Vesta; five daughters, Mrs. Ollie Faye Osburn of Missouri, Mrs. Marie Downey of Lomita, Ca., Mrs. Dottie Avery of Thermal, CA., Mrs Betty Oden of Fresno, CA. and Wanda Collins of Sanger; two sons, Lowell and Rex Collins of Sanger;, three brothers, Lum Collins of Oklahoma and Nolan and Everett Collins of Idaho; four sisters, Mrs. Zona Fields of Sanger, Mrs. Etta Stillman of Oregon, Mrs. Thelma McDaniel of Idaho and Mrs. Reca McMurtrey of Missouri, and 13 grand-children.

Burial will be in the Sanger Cemetery.
