Rose Herbstreith, daughter of the late Dick and Mary Collins, was born at Paragould, Arkansas, March 9th, 1901. Entered into eternal rest June 22nd, 1979, at the age of seventy-eight years.
In 1917, she was married, at West Plains, Missouri to Tom Ellison, who preceded her in death.
On August 25th, 1964, she was married to Charles Herbstreith who survives her as do five children, who are Marion Ellison, West Plains, Missouri, Josephine Greer, Caulfield, Missouri, Lorraine Dawson, and Bill M Ellison, both of St Louis, Missouri and Richard L Ellison, Willow Springs, Missouri. There are twenty-six grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren surviving.
Preceding Mrs Herbstreith in death are her parents, two sons, Roy and Bobby Gene Ellison and five brothers and sisters.
Mrs Herbstreith was a member of St Pauls Lutheran Church at Belleville, Illinois.
