| Pearl Tabor Funeral Today West Plains Daily Quill December 15,1986 Funeral Service for Pearl Louwillie Tabor, 82, Malden, formerly of the West Plains area, were at 2 PM today in the Rose Chapel, West Plains, with Evangelists Robert Goff, Malden and Bill Willard, Batesville, Ark. Officiating. Mrs. Tabor died Saturday in the Malden Nursing Care Center. She was born May 22, 1904, in Kennett, Okla., the daughter of the late George and Tilda Upton Lane. She received her elementary education in the Bakersfield schools and on July 19,1920 she was married at West Plains to William Riley Tabor, who preceded her in death Feb. 6, 1964. She was a Christian with her Church membership being in the Malden Church of Christ. Survivors include three children, Shelby Tabor, Flint, Mich., Billy Ray Tabor, Malden, and Mary Lou Meese, Tallapoosa, MO.; 19 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren,; one great-great-grandchild; one brother Burt Lane, of St. Charles; four sisters, Minnie Koelling, Rhoda Phillips and Lydia Beach, all of West Plains and Mary Rowe, Pueblo, Colo; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her parents, her husband, three children, one grandchild, and three brothers. |
