Otha Allen Wake born June 4, 1922 and departed this life on March 6, 1998 at Texas County Memorial Hospital. Otha survived by his wife, Vivian Wake of Cabool, MO; two daughters Shirley Collins and Kathy Murphy of Willow Springs, MO; one brother and two sisters, David wake of Mtn. View, MO, Clara Smith of Willow Springs and Elsie Jones of Springfield, MO; as well as six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Services were held March 9, 1998 with interment at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.
Otha was the son of the late Thomas Augustus Wake and Cordelia (Foster) Wake. He preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Anna Collins, and six brothers, Lewey Wake, Luther Wake, Lee Wake, Orville Wake, Lewis Wake, and Pleas Wake.
