| Obit: Mrs. Polly Jane Collins, 78 years of age, for many years a resident of Grimmett in this county, died at the home of her son, Ralph Collins, Thursday afternoon. Mrs. Collins was the widow of Dave Collins, well known resident of Howell County. She is survived by four sons and four daughters, Ralph Collins, at whose home she died, Harve Collins of Fairgax, OK, Rube Collins and Tom Collins of Grimmett, Mrs. Ada Geldreich of Depew, OK, Mrs. Isabel Carroll of Springfield, Mrs. Lottie Hopkins and Mrs. Ellie Priddy of Drumright, OK. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Peggy Lowtrip and Mrs. Samantha Davis of Willow Springs, and by three brothers, Anthony Collins, William Collins, and Haywood Collins. Funeral services were held at the Ralph Collins home Saturday afternoon and burial was made in the Collins Cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Hal Thornburgh had charge of the funeral arrangements.
