Mary I. Collins funeral Tuesday

  Funeral services for Mary Isavilla Collins, 58, West Plains, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains, witht he Rev. Glen Murray officiating.
  Mrs. Collins died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday at her home.  She was born Jan. 3, 1925, in Corning, Ark., the duaghter of hte late Clarence Raymond and Flora Alice Wheat Barks.
  She received her education in the West Plains area schools and had received her training for a licensed nurses aide in West Plains.  On Aug. 10, 1940, she was married near West Plains to Edward Elmer Collins, and she had been of the Baptist faith for a number of years.
  Survivors include her husband, Elmer Collins; five brothers and three sisters, Vanis Barks, Kenneth Barks, Orval Barks, Trueal Barks, Melvin Barks and Ona Owens, all of West Plains, Mildred Warren, Pomona, and Dora Storms, Kansas City; and a number of nieces and nephews including James Edward Barks of West Plains, who had been raised in the family home.
  Preceding her in death are her parents, three brothers and one sister.
  Burial will be in Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains.
