Marion Bunch, son of the late James Bunch and Josephine Collins Bunch, was born August 29, 1893 in Douglas County, Missouri, and departed this life March 27, 1969 in the Texas Memorial Hospital, Houston, Missouri at the age of 75 years, 6 months and 28 days.
He was united in marriage at Roosevelt, Missouri on June 30, 1916 to Dollie Zelpha Thornton. He was united in marriage at West Plains, Missouri, April 24, 1962 to Bessie Summers Falwell.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bessie Bunch of Olden, Missouri; three sons Hershall Bunch, Hocomo, Missouri, Troy Bunch, Wilder, Idaho, James William Bunch, Comanche, Oklahoma; two daughters, Mrs. Lois Burgess, Pomona, Missouri and Mrs. Shirley Collins, Kansas City, Missouri; four sisters, Mrs. Julia Haddock, Willow Springs, Missouri, Mrs. Bertha White, Twin Bridges, Missouri, Mrs. Dorothy Hurst, Gentryville, Missouri and Mrs. Ethel Matlock, Tarkio, Missouri; two brothers. Irvin Bunch Pomona, Missouri and Omar Bunch, Twin Bridges, Missouri. One brother and one sister and one child receded him in death. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. He was a farmer.
