Lloyd Collins services Sunday

  Funeral services for Lloyd J. Collins, 80, West Plains, will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, 2001, at Siloam Springs Community Church, Siloam Springs, with the Rev. Lloyd Ross Collins officiating under the direction of Carter Funeral Home of West Plains.
  Mr. Collins died 10:22 p.m. Wednesday, Feb 7, 2001, at Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains.  He was born May 31, 1920, in Douglas County, the son of James Winfild and Nora Collins Collins.
  On Dec. 15, 1947, he was married at West Plains to Betty O. Stubbs.
  Mr. Collins served with the U.S. Army during World War II.  He worked serveral years with Sheffield Steel in Kansas City.
  He loved to play the guitar, and liked country and gospel music.  Mr. Collins was a member of Siloam Springs Community Church.
  Survivors include his wife, Betty O. Collins, of the family home; six children, Jerry Lloyd Collins and wfie, Etta, Glenda Sue Collins and husband, William, Timothy Winfild and wfie, Beborah, Rebecca Marie Herford, and Lloyd J. Collins II and wife, Vickey, all of West Plains, and Larry Vern Collins, Willow Springs; 13 grandchildren, Tomarra Jessica Collins, Mansfield, Anthony Lee Collins, Kevin Lee Collins, Diedra Suann Brixey, Norman Clark, Lenora Lee Barks, Chantell Denice Barks, Jason Eugene James Collins, Lloyd James Collins III, Sustin James Oneil Collins, all of West Plains, William James Collins, Siloam Springs, Crystal Diane Twenter, Florence, and Tina Lynn Sears, Annapolis, Md.; 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Horace Collins, Willow Springs, and Edmon Collins, Kansas City.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three children, Terry James Collins, Thomas Ingwald Collins and Paul Douglas Collins.
  Burial will be in Siloam Springs Cemetery, Douglas County, under the direction of CArter Fuenral Home Inc. of West Plains.
