Funeral Services for Leslie Epps, 81, of West Plains were held at 1:30 PM today in the Carter Chapel at West Plains with Evangelist Neale Phipps officiating.
MR. Epps died at 11:20 am Monday in West Plains Memorial Hospital. He was born Feb. 7, 1897 at Dora, the son of the late Grand C. and Mary Owens Epps.
He was married June 16, 19323, at West Plains to Ona Ousley. He was a member of the Curry Street Church of Christ and was a retired school teacher.
Survivors include his wife, MRS Ona Epps, West Plains, one son Paul Epps; Springfield; three grandchildren, Stephen Bowers, Patricia Ann Allison, and Lela Jo Bowers, all of Springfield; two nephews Vern Eckart, West Plains; and DR. Bob Epps, state of California.
His parents, four sisters and three brothers preceded him in death.
Burial was in Oak Lawn Cemetery under direction of the Carter Funeral Home of West Plains.
