Lela Morgan Services Tuesday
Funeral services for Lela Lucille Morgan, 66, Mtn. View, Ark., and formerly of Willow Springs, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2000 at Pine Grove Church, with David Lovan officiating under the direction of Willow Funeral Home of Willow Springs.
Mrs. Morgan died Friday, Dec. 15, 2000, at Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains. She was born March 4, 1934, at Willow Springs, the daughter of Jimmy and Melissa Davis Collins.
In May 1965, she was married at West Plains to James Troy Morgan.
During her working years, she was employed by Pasco Juice plant in Dade City, Fla. She was a member of the General Baptist Church in Willow Springs.
Survivors include her husband, James Troy Morgan, Mtn. View, Ark.; one son, James Eugene Collins, Willow Springs; four grandchildren, James Bradley Collins, Mtn. View, Ark., Buford Otis Collins, Fordland, and Aaron Collins and Toni Michelle Collins, both of Willow Springs; three brothers, Dillard Collins, West Plains, and Junior Collins and Claudie Collins, both of Willow Springs; one sistere, Evelyn Maton, Willow Springs; several great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Elize Collins; and one sister Beulah Collins.
The body will lie in state Tuesday morning prior to the funeral service.
Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery under direction of Willow Funeral Home.
