Funeral services for Larry Dallas Collins, 34, Willow Springs, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in West Plains with the Rev. George Smith officiating.
Burial will be in the Collins Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home in West Plains.
Mr. Collins died at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday in West Plains Memorial Hospital. He was born Feb. 4, 1949 in Howell County, the son of Joe Collins and Dorothy Collins.
He was married July 7, 1980 at Pomona to Debra Hall.
Mr. Collins was a member of the Pomona Pentecostal Church and was a veteran, having served in the US Army as a Master sergeant.
Survivors include his wife, Debra Collns of West Plains; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Collins, Pomona; five children, Tabatha Collilns, Willow Springs, Bradley Collins, Mtn. Home, Ark., Larry D. Collins Jr., Willow Springs, Tangela Collins, Willow Springs and Amber Collins, Pomona; three brother, Dwight and Walter Collins, Pomona, and James Collins of West Plains; and his maternal grandparents, Ada Marshall and Thomas Marshall of West Plains.
