He is survived by his father, Alonzo Herman Collins, Cabool, MO.; his mother, Mrs. Connie Wilson, Ada, OK; four brother, Herman Eugene Collins, Willow Springs, MO., James Clifton Collins, Randall Lynn Collins, and Faron Ross Collins, all of West Plains, MO; two sisters, Talena Blanche Collins and Dana Faye Collins, West Plains, Missouri; his paternal grandparents, Larkin and Ida Collins, West Plains, MO; several aunts and uncles.
