Jay D. Collins Rites Wednesday
Funeral services for Jay David Collins, 20, Mtn. View, will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains, with the Rev. Robbie Holcomb officiating.
Mr. Collins died Sunday at 11:40 p.m. in West Plains Memorial Hospital. He was born April 7, 1957, at Mammoth Spring, Ark., the son of Fred and Zelma Oaks Collins of Mtn. View.
Survivors other than his parents are nine brothers and sisters, Delbert Collins, Homer Collins, Leon Collins, Sandra Kay Collins, all of Kansas City, Mo.; Jean Donaldson, Couer D'Alene, Idaho; Connie Yassin, Oakland, Calif.; Anna Faye Rutkowski, Chicago, Ill.; Wayne Collins and Vanis Collins, both of Jefferson City.
Preceding him in death is a sister, Mildred Irene Collins.
Interment will be in Collins Cemetery under direction of the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains.

Jay David Collins Services Held
Funeral services for Jay David Collins, Mtn. View, were held today at 10 a.m. in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains, with the Rev. Robbie Holcomb officiating.
Mr. Collins died Sunday in West Plains Memorial Hospital.
Pallbearers were: Buster Collins, Melvin Fox, Larry Murrell, Denzil Fox, Glen Wake and James Strickland.
Persons attending from out of the area included Mr. and Mrs. Perry Mick, Rick and Patricia Hulse, Kansas City, Mo.; Mrs. Carol Donaldson, Couer d'Alene, Idaho; Elvin and Bessie Collins, Fairfield, Calif.; Mrs. Connie Yassin and Perry Wayne, Oakland, Calif.; Vera Collins, Freddie Collins, Tressie Wake, Esther Haven, all of Willow Springs; Vanis Collins, Wayne Collins, Jefferson City; Patricia Cantrell, Mtn. View; Mrs. Charles Fowler, Belton, Mo.; Donald Collins, Joplin, Mo.; Helen Brower, Pomona; Mr. and Mrs. Bill Collins, Peace Valley; and Mrs. Sue Preston, Caulfield.
Interment was in Collins Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains.
