Funeral services for Isaac J. Collins of Route 1, Willow Springs, were held Wednesday, December 7th, at Blue Buck Church. Eddie Murdy and Ival Tooley officiated at the services.
Mr. Collins, a farmer, died December 4, 1977, at his home at the age of 85 years. He was born in Willow Springs January 27, 1892, the son of William Monks and Emily Collins.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Green of Willow Springs, and Mrs. Escena Luton of Cabool; four sons, Urgel, Ray and Ralph Collins, all of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Virgil Collins of St. Louis, MO; one brother, Early Collins of Willow Springs; two sisters, Mrs. Nancy Johnson and Mrs. Janie Luton, both of Willow Springs; 32 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Flat Rock Cemetery under direction of Hiler Funeral Home of Willow Sprin
