Harold Ray Lovan
Harold Ray Lovan was born in Willow Springs, Mo., April 9, 1928, and
died Feb. 27, 2003, at Valinda, Cal. at the age of 74, Harold was the first
born of Raymond Lovan and Nora (Holloway) Lovan and he graduated from Willow
Springs School about 1946.
Harold served in the U.S. Army in the QuarterMaster Corp. several years
until the mid fifties. After a medical discharge he resided in Elmont, Long
Island, New York until 1973. He resided in Valinda, California until his
death. Harold is survived by his wife Maxine, daughter, Heidi, and three
brothers, Donald Gene Lovan, Richard F. Lovan of Cal. and Robin Lovan of
Leesburg, Virginia.
Harold's first wife, Ruth and their son, Peter preceded him in death.
Peter was lost serving in Vietnam.
Funeral services were held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Covina, Cal., at
2:00 p.m. March 5, 2003.
