Obituary Glen Henry Cash, son of William Robert and Leona (Howard) Cash, was born July 29, 1960 in Kansas City, Missouri, and passed from this life October 15, 2001 in Mtn Grove, Missouri, at 41 years, 2 months, and 16 days of age. Glen grew up near the Dora community, and graduated from Dora High School in 1978. He married Reneta Williams on May 26, 1989 in Cabool, Missouri. He worked for Diamond Offshore in Houston, Texas on the "Concord" as a ballast control operator. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially when hunting and fishing. He also liked to restore antique cars. He was an accomplished musician, and was the champion banjo player at Eminence, Missouri Bluegrass Music Festival for five consecutive years. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Cash; by an infant brother; and by his grandparents. He is survived by his wife, Reneta, of their home in Mtn Grove; two sons, Dustin Davis, of Mtn Grove and Bryan Collins of Willow Springs, Missouri; his mother, Leona Cash, of Cabool, Missouri; two brothers, Ethan Cash, of LaMonte, Missouri, and Casey Cash of Cabool, Missouri; one sister, Martha Scott of Cabool, Missouri; other relatives and many friends who will miss him very much. |
