DIES AT THE AGE OF 101 YEARS
Geo. W Ellison, age 101 years, 1 month, and 15 days, died May 17th, at the home of his son, John Ellison, in the Pine Grove neighborhood west of Willow Springs. Death being due to cerebral hemorrhage. Descendent was probably the oldest man in this part of the country. He was born at Tazwell, Tenn. and for the past few months had been residing here.
The funeral was held May 19th and burial made at Pine Grove cemetery.
