Eva Elizabeth Collins, daughter of the late William G. and Mandy Luton Morris, was born at Roosevelt, Missouri, June 14th, 1901. Entered into eternal rest February 11th, 1975, at the age of seenty-three years.
In 1917 she was married to James Collins.
On April 18th, 1921, Mrs. Collins was married at West Plains, Missouri, to Lewis Collins, who survives her, as do eighter children, who are Floyd W. Collins, Parma, Idaho, Herman Collins, Willow Springs, MO, Carl W. Collins, Merced, CA, Richard H. Collins, Mineola, KS, Betty Lou Dobbs and Ross Collins, both of Shenendoah, IA and Thomas L. Collins, West Plains, MO. There are twenty-one grandchildren, and a number of great-grandchildren, and three brothers and one sister, who are Orval Morris, Caldwell, ID, Russell Morris, Willow Springs, MO, Lloyd Morris, Cabool, Mo and Mrs. Pearly Johnson, Wilder, ID.
Preceding Mrs. Collins in death are her parents, three daughters, one son, and a number of brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Collins had been a member of the Assembly of God Church at Pomona, MO, since 1959.
