Services for nIchols Baby are held Friday

  Elmer Ray Nichols, ten-month-old son of Mrs. Opal Nichols of Pine Creek, died last Thursday afternoon while enroute to Willow Springs, where he was being rushed to a doctor.  The child had been ill of pneumonia but was thought to be recovering earlier in the week.  However, his condition became worse Thursday afternoon.
  He was the tird member of his family to die in the last six weeks.  His grandmother, Mrs. G. W. Nicholds, died one week preceding the death of her son George Freeman Nichols, the child's father, who died only a few weeks ago.
  Besides his mother he is survived by two sisters, Georgia Mae and Audrey Lucille Nichols, and many other relatives.
  Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the Community church by Rev. Henry Ford.  Burail was made in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
