Eddie Rowlett services Saturday

   Funeral services for Eddie Joe Rowlett, 51, West Plains, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001, in the Rose Chapel of the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home of West Plains, with the Revs. Bob Arnold and Raymond Kazen officiating.
   Mr. Rowlett died 11:31 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2001, at his home.  He was born June 15, 1950, near West Plains, the son of Joe T. and Norma Lea Collins Rowlett.
   He graduated from West Plains High School with the class of 1968, and received his bachelors� degree from Southwest Missouri State University.  In August 1982, he was married near West Plains to Mary Collins.
   Mr. Rowlett had been a school teacher.  He lived to read, write stories and loved to sing.  He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, was a member of the God Miners Club and the West Plains Gun Club, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
   He was a Christian and was of the Baptist faith.  He loved the Lord and enjoyed reading his Bible.
   Survivors include one child, Callista Ellerie Rowlett, of the family home; three stepsons, Brain Dailing, Gamaliel, Ark., and Aaron Dailing and Adam Dailing, both of Batesville, Ark.; his parents, Joe and Norma Rowlett, West Plains; one sister, Janet brown and husband, Curtis, Houston, Texas; three nephews; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
   He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, his paternal grandparents, Willie and Adeline Rowlett; and his maternal grandparents, Herb and Opal Collins.
    Burial will be in Union Grove Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
