| West Plains Daily Quill Donald H Stubbs Funeral Sunday Funeral services for Donald Harold Stubbs, 29, West Plains, will be held Sunday at 4 pm in the Carter Chapel, West Plains, with the Rev John Keel officiating. Mr Stubbs died yesterday in West Plains. He was born April 14, 1945, in Howell County, Mo, the son of Fred Harold and Beatrice Collins Stubbs. He was married July 31, 1964, at Salem, Ark., to Sandra Adams, and he was of the Pentecostal faith. Mr Stubbs was a foreman for Dairymans Creamery in Tulare, Calif. He received his elementary education at Richards School and graduated from West Plains High School in 1963. Preceding him in death is his maternal grandfather, James Collins, and his paternal grandfather, Zeek Stubbs. Survivors include his parents, Mr and Mrs Fred Stubbs, West Plains; three brothers, Ronnie Stubbs, Dennis Ross Stubbs, and Arnold Jay Stubbs, all of West Plains; his maternal grandmother, Mrs Nora Collins, Willow Springs, Mo; his paternal grandmother, Mrs Minnie Stubbs, Willow Springs, Mo; two children, Janet Marie Stubbs and David Harold Stubbs, Yuma, Ariz.; a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends tomorrow evening from 7 to 8:30 pm at the Carter Chapel, West Plains. Burial will be in Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of the Carter Funeral Home, West Plains. |
