Dewey Collins services Friday
Graveside services for Dewey Collins, 60, Sedalia, will be 10 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2001, at Dresden Cemetery, La Monte.
Mr. Collins died Monday, May 21, 2001, at his home in Sedalia. He was born Dec. 24, 1940, at Siloam Springs, the son of Alta Collins.
On Dec. 29, 1995, he was married at Sedalia to Connie Light.
He was a construction worker and a concrete finisher.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Light; two sons, Duwayne Collins, Kansas City, Kan.and Jonathan Barns, Sedalia; one daughter, Regina Doolittle, Kansas City, Kan.; one step-daughter, Brenda Marshall, Hughesville; three brothers, Dolphis and Dale Collins, both of Willow Springs, and Delmar Collins, Dora; one sister, Etta Coursey, West Plains; three grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Moore Funeral Home, La Monte.
