Dessa Bolton, 83
Mrs. Dessa B. Bolton, age 83, of Olney rt. 3, passed away yesterday afternoon at the Richland Memorial Hospital following a long period of ill health.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the elm Street Christian Church with the Rev. R.E. Dowden officiating. Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Summers Funeral Home from 7 to 9 P.M. Friday. and at the Church one hour preceding the services.
Mrs. Bolton was a native of Indiana and was born at Paoli, the daughter of George Wells and Margaret Walton. She was married to Elza J. Bolton on December 13, 1915 and had observed sixty years of married life. She was a long time member of the Elm Street Christian Church.
She leaves her husband, Elza, three daughters: Mrs. Virginia Moore and Mrs. Margaret Tucker, both of Olney, and Mrs. Helen Wells of Santa Clara, Cal. There are six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
