Mrs. Andrew M. Ditto. Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church at Rozet, Wyo., on Tuesday for Mrs. Daisy D. Ditto, 85, who passed away on September 25.  Mrs. V. L. Patterson was soloist, using the hymns, "Lead Kindly Light," "Sometime We'll Understand," and "Good Night, Good Morning."

Those acting as pallbearers were Edwin Moran, Fred Brennan, Billy Nelson, Francis Thar, Leonard and Ashton Whisler.  Mrs. S. C. Ryland conducted the service.

Daisy D. Ditto was born Daisy Dean on July 4, 1861, in Michigan.  She spent her girlhood in Elkhart, Ind., later going to Chicago. She became a member of the Chicago Baptist Church, serving as an organist for a number of years.

She came to Gillette, Wyo., in 1906, later making her home near Rozet. Her marriage to Andrew M. Ditto took place on Jan. 21, 1909, at Sheridan.  She will be remembered by many, to whom she was a kind friend and good neighbor.

Her husband, Andrew M. Ditto, survives her.  Other survivors are a son by a former marriage, A. K. Rowley, and two granddaughters, all of Sparks, Nev.  Her son was unable to attend the rites held for his mother.  We are indebted to Mrs. Kate Dalrymple for the above clipping.  Mr. Ditto, 91, will be remembered by older residents, as he was born and reared in the Walnut Grove School district. His father John Ditto, was Mrs. Dalrymple's stepfather.  Mrs. Margaret Ditto Shuart makes her home with her brother at Gillette, Wyoming.
