Funeral services for Cris Lynn Collins, 15, Siloam Springs Route, West Plains, will be held at 2 pm Tuesday in the Rose Chapel, Robertson Drago Funeral Home of West Plains.
The youth was killed about 4 pm Saturday on T Highway in a motorcycle-truck accident. He was born Aug 1, 1962, at Kansas City, the son of Thurlow D and Wanda Moffett Collins of West Plains.
He had received his education at Richards School in Howell County, and he was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include his parents, Mr and Mrs Thurlow Collins, West Plains; four brothers, Allen, Steve, Tony, and Marvin Collins, all of West Plains; his paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Elmer S Collins, Siloam Springs; and his maternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Clyde R Moffett, Grandby, MO.
Interment will be in Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home of West Plains.
