Charley Leroy Clinton, son of Charley J. and Orpha Thornton Clinton, was born at Hebron, Missouri, August 1 st, 1945. Entered into eternal rest September 10th, 1976, at the age of thirty-one years.
On June 3rd, 1966, he was married in Howell County to Janice Maried Collins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Buster Collins.
Mr. Clinton is survived by his wife, Janice Marie Clinton, and two children, Angela Jason Clinton and Dalen Clinton, all of the family home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charley Clinton, Willow Springs, Missouri; and seven brothers and sisters, who are Leon Clinton, Pomona, Missouri, Lenvil Clinton, Vanzant, Missouri, Joyce McDonald, Dora, Missouri, Bernice Gasperson, Mountain Grove, Missouri, Stanley Clinton, Randy Clinton and Ruth Sheppard, all of Willow Springs, MIssouri.
The Maternal grandfather, John Thornton, Manes, Missouri, also survives.
Mr. Clinton had been a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Chruch since boyhood, and was a member of the Twin Bridges Saddle Club.
