Carol Ann Collins
Funeral srvices for Carol Ann Collins, 51, Willow Springs, were at 10 a.m. today, Thursday, July 30, 1998, at Westside Family Life Center in Willow Springs, with the Rev. David Lovan officiating.
Mrs. Collins died at 8:15 a.m. Sunday, July 26, 1998, at Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains. She was born April 6, 1947, at Oxford, Pa., the daughter of Fredrick Thomas and Catherine Roni Wilson.
She married Randall E. Collins and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Randy Collins, of the family home; four children, Richard Wilson, Rising Sun, Md., Michelle Webb, Willow Springs, Randrea Collins Owens, Silver Lake, Ind., and Serenity Tatum Collins Bendon, West Plains; five brothers and sisters, Calvin Wilson, state of Pennsylvania, Sandra Wilson, Washington, D.C., Patricia Giffing, Lancaster, Pa., Martha Baker, state of Virginia, and Cindy Hill, state of Pennsylvania; and four grandchildren.
Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery under the direction of Hiler Funeral Home, Willow Springs.
