Carl Collins services today

   Funeral services for Carl Jay Collins, 52, Willow Springs, were 2 p.m. today, Monday, Oct. 6, 2003 at Siloam Springs Pentecostal Church in West Plains.
   Mr. Collins died Friday, Oct. 3, 2003 at his home.  He was born, Feb. 3, 1951 in Siloam Springs.
   He was employed for 11 years by Kansas City International Airport as a parking lot attendant and cashier.  He was a kind man who loved his family and took great pride in helping others.  HE was a member of the Siloam Springs Pentecostal Church.
   Survivors include his son, Carl Jay Collins Jr. of Hereford, Texas; his daughters, Melissa Dawn Warren of Alton and Heather Renee Collins of Hereford, Texas; his mother and father, Dophis and Leah Collins of Willow Springs; four brothers Jarrett Collins of Coffeyville, Kan., Carlson Collins and Teddy Collins, both of Alton, and Coy Russell Collins of Springfield; three sisters, Marcella Collins of willow Springs, Lozetta Foster of Waldron, Alta Collins of Kansas City and Lisa Darlene Dale of St. Joseph; six grandchildren, Hunter Layen Warren, Kyler Jay Collins, Brylee Warren, Allie McKay Collins, Karisa Collins and Parker Collins.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tim and Lois Stubbs and Will and Alta Collins.
   Burial will be at Siloam Springs Cemetery under the direction of Willow Funeral Home.  Memorials may be made to Siloam Springs Cemetery.
