Bertha White, daughter of the late James and Josey Collins Bunch, was born March 22, 1899 in Douglas County, Missouri. Entered into eternal rest February 24, 1981 at the age of eighty-one years.
She received her education in the Round Top School in Douglas County, Missouri, and on October 31, 1916 she was married in the family home to Allman White who preceded her in death on March 1, 1976.
Mrs. White is survived by five children, Jo Morris, West Plains, Missouri, Eunice Adams, Willow Springs, Missouri, Grace Elliott, Union, Oregon, Beulah Elliott, Union, Oregon, Tom White, Willow Springs, Missouri; twenty-four grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; two grea great-grandchildren; one brother, Omer Bunch, Willow Springs, Missouri; two sisters, Dorothy Hurst, Drury, Missouri, Ethel Matlock, Tarkio, Missouri; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, one daughter, four brothers, two sisters, and four grandsons.
