Friday November 2, 2001: The topic for discussion was on how we, as Jewish people, should respond to Halloween since it is a Pagan holiday. The major consenus was that it is ok to celebrate since we are mostly reform and not orthodox. If we were orthodox Jews or Orthodox Christians or any Orthodox religion we would be obliged not to celebrate Halloween since it would be against our religion.
