DRAGONS
Ok now...i do not know what you may or amy not have heard about dragons or what you personaly believe...but here is what i have as far as information goes on them.  For starters, dragons USUALY do not mind being called upon for help, yet, some are very touchy and tempermental.  The best advise i can give is unless you are willing to risk a lot, maybe your life of the life of another, do not mess with a dragon or any dragons.
Dragons get their powers from life itself.  From the essence of fire, air, water, the earth...light and darkness....living and dead beings...everything.  They are not the strongest of creatures, although they are on the upper area of the food chain.  Now then... Dragons are not like everyone pictures them....many dragons are accualy under 20 feet tall (from nose the base of tail, not including tail).  I my self as a dragon am only 12-14 feet tall and have a wing span of over 25 feet.  The size of the dragon does not really matter...all dragons are equaly deadly if you piss them off.

On a more...interesting note...dragons, both male and female have a "season" where they lust after other dragons, humans, and anything...ANYTHING of the oposite sex and will...put nicely...do what they wish untill they are satisfied with it.  It is almost uncontrollable and i only know about 3 dragons that CAN controll it....think of a cat in heat...but with a dragon hehe.  Also, a bad thing about dragons and mating, if a dragon mates with a virgin, they will literaly loose controll over their actions and be...um...very rough in taking thier mate.  On a final note on mating (for now at least) dragons, both male and female release a phromoan type smell that attracts anything of the opposite sex and almost puts it in a trance like state....so be carefull.

A dragon can NOT be controlled against it's wishes even to those who know its true name.  Know a dragons true name only gives the person the advantage of not being able to be hurt by that dragon.  To learn a dragons true name is to be trusted with something more pressious, more valueable then gold.

Most dragons are just inquisitive creatures that want to learn and be left alone in their learning (it will make sence later if not already).

Now then, there are basicaly 6 types of dragons to follow the elemantals :fire, air, water, earth, dark, and light.

---Light dragons are known for being healer and scholars.  They are the ones who will help out no matter what and are hightly deticated to the white arts.

---Dark dragons are also know as chaos dragons.  They are the ones who push for change.  They will bring chaos to the calm and a calm to chaos.  They seldomly help but it is in their nature to help a person with inner demons.  They are also watchers over the dream realm.

---Fire dragons are mainly known for accualy bring a change.  They use the essence of fire to envoke change and burn the old to make way for the new.  In summoning they are best called upon for helping with protection, love and changing of what will be (as in helping make it better/ worse)

---Air dragons are known not as well as the previous, but they help with carying the fire of change.  They are best called upon in spells and rituals involving comunication to the past, present and the future, since they will be the ones to carry the flame over the distance.

---Earth dragons are, as the name says, known for watching over the earth and helping in nature, animales and all aspects of the earth...and by earth i mean the living essence of it.

---Water dragons are known for wasing away the filth after the fires of change have finished.  The wather dragons are also in charge of bringing life to where there should be life.  They can be called upon in spells and rituals involving cleansing and healing.

On a side note dragons should be concidered fellow magick users NOT tools to help you.  Dragons do not like to be summoned for nonscence or to be mistreated.  Working with dragons should be taken seriously and NOT be fooled with.  To be summoning dragons and working with them is to risk your own life for not all dragons are friendly.
